40%-59% - Tech is a leader or in the players top group but a decision is not likely.
20%-39% - Player is still open but likes VT, decision not expected for a while.
5% - 19% - Player is open but VT is likely not in his group of leaders.
0% - 4% - Player doesn't have any interest in VT.
